A research project exploring the theatrical performance Federico between the Teeth over a decade, focusing on a production largely created by women that achieved remarkable international reach across Arab countries. The documentary takes its title from Diván del Tamarit, one of Federico García Lorca’s most symbolic works, inspired by Eastern poetic traditions. This work became the starting point for developing a language of dialogue between Lorca’s poetry and Arab culture, providing the poetic foundation for the theatrical production and its later audiovisual adaptation.
